It must not have been an easy thing to do or they probably would have done it. They might have tried and in testing realized it made some other things really broken.

The stuttering menus/play call screen are infuriating. How in the world does that get through testing. I'm convinced they do the bare minimum QA.

They said they didnt want to hijack existing rosters in cfm's so it was intended

Best case they could have made it an option for the save owner to choose whether they wanted them added or not, who knows if that is doable though.

Just adding them in though would have been the wrong move. Imagine you just traded Zeitler away and next day he gets this big buff lol. Especially in online leagues where people have built their teams around not having this feature applied to the Oline.
