Please reinstate CPU runners' SPECIAL MOVES

One issue I witnessed a lot, and maybe it is being worked on, is that ALL ball carriers possessed the ability to juke and make other moves which they should not have been able to accomplish. Hopefully adjustments are being made so that players without abilities are not performing such skill moves. Once that is done, maybe the abilities will return to the players who have such skills?

Hopefully, EA will notice how many of us want the special moves back. CPU runners were just so much more fun when they had them. Trying to contain a great runner then being left holding air when he jukes and breaks free is an frustrating but wonderful pain.

So I finally started my franchise seriously.

I had done a few franchises when the game was released to get the feel of the game.

As the Bears, in the release version of the franchise, my 3rd game at Washington, I was getting destroyed.

I did that game 3 times. To to test it was no anomaly. Each game I got handled easily by the CPU mainly because of the special moves by their RBs . But i Liked it because it felt like a good challenge finally by the CPU in a Madden game. And my offense struggled too .

Now in my 'real' franchise - I played game 3 w/ the Redskins again. This is after the patches.

I ended up winning 45-10 . F'n ridiculous. Release version I was losing 45-10 but now I'm winning 45-10. The CPU RB's did nothing! They just kept rushing into my D guys , no special moves, nothing. Compared to the release version this was so crap.

The game now feels like all the crappy maddens where the CPU is just running into your guys and not even trying. Like it's braindead. At least on the release version it felt like the CPU was thinking like a human opponent.

This really needs to be fixed! But I bet it won't be just based on how EA works in the past.

p.s. - cpu late game AI really needs to be fixed!!! I know there is another thread on this but this is unacceptable in 2019. The other maddens seemed to have this right going back 10 years. How the hell is this SO BROKEN!

Agree man, i was upset about sacks and fumbles, but now this took the 1st top priority to be fixed it, it hurts the game so bad. CPU Rushing is none exist now.

I created 2 forums on the EA site about this. A game changer emailed me about him removing one of them so I know for he knows about. I tweeted him after the fact but didn’t get a response on Twitter. I’m constantly trying to get someone’s attention on the matter!
