UPDATE: EA Sends Out Another Fix For Madden NFL 20 Franchise Online Modes (11/10)

So they botched some CFMs then botched the fix for the original issue. You would think they would have doubled down on a proper QA process after the last issue. I have zero confidence they will restore my franchise that hasn’t worked for 2 weeks.

Back to NCAA 14 for me. It’s a shame, I get Madden to play CFM with friends. I’m not seeing the value from Madden this year.

I suggest anyone who is primarily a franchise player like myself just hold out to buy the game used from now on, if you even buy it at all. This is ridiculous!

Just a little recap of Madden 20...

• Promise to make contracts realistic... only to walk it back and leave them the same
• Promise to add 5th year options... but never do
• Add abilities to the game... but don't add them to Franchise until 1 month and a half later
• Promise changes to the game that will come in Mid-September... and don't ever deliver them
• Totally mess up the Franchise servers for weeks
• Suck at fixing the servers
• Choose to shut down Franchise so MUT can remain online
• Give out tons of free stuff to MUT players and give them tons of updates whenever there's the slightest issue
• Do nothing to make up for Franchise issues
• Only release updates about massive Franchise issues twice a week
• OH! and Clint, the ONLY person that interacts with the community about Franchise, disappeared and stopped communicating with the community

Total trash year. Pathetic how they're treating us and pretending like it's ok.

Pretty much sums it up, unfortunately what do they do for some kind of "make right" for the franchise community? I don't want a pack of stupid MUT cards.

Totally agree. Madden hasn’t delivered on promises for years. It’s out of control now. Unfortunately, they are not held accountable for their actions.

Would it hurt The Madden Franchise Team to, at the very least, apologize for their screw up.

An ounce of contrition would be nice. Otherwise, there’s no sense of empathy.
