Yeah it is set for 7am PT/10am ET on Monday. Just a reveal trailer. I expect just a quick overview of what is to come. Then on EA Play a deep dive. Then blogs through late June/July

Given how stripped previous Maddens have been every time there's a new gen of consoles, and given how incredibly disappointed I was at the Franchise "additions" from last year, my hopes and expectations are pretty low.

Maybe since this was a "contract year" for them with the NFL they put some work into the parts of the game that matter to people outside of MUT, but I'm not exceptionally optimistic.

Madden 20 was my third most played game last year (behind MLB 18 and 19). I had a lot of fun with the game and easily got my money's worth.

But I am approaching M21 as a new title, a new game....they have to "sell me" on their vision of this year's game....no different than any other video game.

But if I DO purchase, I'm leaning heavily towards a physical copy; no patches, nothing. There will be warts, bugs, and issues; but every version of the game has them. But I have far more faith in EA than I do the community feedback - and yeah, that says a lot.
