That’s another level of low.

Then again, this is the forum where the staff ban people for calling them out (them being the staff) on their lying. Staff will tell you that what you’re reading isn’t really what you’re reading, and you’re wrong for interpreting EA’s words on face value. That’s the place this is now.

Goodbye folks. At least I’ll have my memories of when this was a better community.
LOL I'm not offended by zero-content **** posting. The problem is that the trolls over run every single thread here that generates any sort of traffic. No matter what you try to discuss if you get more than a few replies the conversation inevitably turns to how "broken" the game is or how awful it is that EA ignores franchise, even if the OP had nothing to do with franchise mode or one of the less than functional aspects of the game.

My question is why? You knew better than to have any hope. I am with you on not purchasing again, but having this great hope each year is what drives their hype machine.

It is seriously refreshing to make them sell you the game.

Because the guys at EA kept pounding that they knew how important franchise was and they were excited for the future of the mode. This was mere months ago. Then tji get nothing. That's so slimy.

Why not invest your dollars in Axis Football to help them develop their game that’s clearly geared towards Franchise players.

At least the effort can be seen, they just need the backing to improve their tech etc...

Simply not purchasing will not move the needle at the speed Franchise gamers would want.

Shifting those dollars over to another developer that’s building the game towards Franchise Simulation would be more beneficial to the cause.

Khaliib is 100% correct. If you guys are going to boycott Madden you need to invest in these other titles. Help the other guys out, because this isn't going to hurt Madden.

Re: Sim Play and Franchise fans. It is time to make a stand

Not sure anything can really be done to make a change. They are still selling a ton of games. MUT is raking in money.

If you look at a lot of the social media responses to their trailer announcement as of right now.

Twitter
1 million views, just under 6000 RTs, Just under 13000 likes and about 1500 comments. and just by eyeballing the comments...most are negative. but those negative comments is far below the likes and retweets.

Facebook
159,000 viewas, 5, 400 likes, 3,700 shares. 2,000 Comments (again most seem to be negative)

Youtube (official Madden page)
86,700 views. 7,700 likes, 4,700 dislikes. 2,700 comments(Most are negative)

Ryan Moody gets a ton of hits on his youtube page bashing Madden multiple times a day.

Basically, what i am saying here is the neagitve crowd is most vocal, but the people liking it or sharing it far out number the negative crowd. We are in the minority, even though we are more vocal our numbers just dont add up to change

Unless I missed it, did they even announce anything for franchise yet? I'm not expecting much but shouldn't we wait for a blog about it before determining the game is trash?

I still have 6 hours left on my ea access trial for madden 20. 7 for 19 and 8 for 18. I will never buy madden till they improve franchise and sim stats. At least improve the god awful franchise menu. Go back to madden 12 menu. I would like to see scores from around the league on the MAIN menu. Box scores also
