I think there is usually someone that does make one for the previous game.

For me personally I don't really care about that so it is an easy choice for me.

I'm currently building out a playbook on Madden 20 that I'm going to create in Madden 21 for the Colts franchise I'm planning. Hoping to make it as realistic and close to their actual style of play as possible.

Thinking of making a pretty rudimentary blog site where I'd post updates about my franchise with week to week game reports, etc. as well as fictional news items that relate to development trait upgrades, injuries, etc.

I'm hoping that the gameplay is good enough that if I build out the off the field stuff a little myself that the overall experience will be good.

I'm thinking of having a Colts section, as well as a Reds page and a Pacers page where I'll post updates from The Show and 2K too. I can take screenshots and maybe stream to YouTube and post game footage there too. Make it a whole fictional Indiana (/Ohio) sports blog page.

I'm doing a Jags Franchise right now. may do another one if I pick up Madden 21. Can't believe Minshew is only a 70 though. He did really well for a 6th round pick. Better than several 1st round qbs.

I usually roll with the Packers. With Rodgers age and having a 1st round QB on the roster things will get interesting. I'm having flashbacks to Favre-Rodgers in Madden 05-08 and how to keep both. I'm hoping regression is more forgiving this year in regards to qbs. Having Rodgers be a 70 after 2 years is painful to watch as with all older qbs.

isn't it sad we have to resort to madden ps2 (05-08) days to get a full franchise mode as it should be? instead of progressing to something amazing such as NBA 2K has done, it's regressed to bare bones.

Two friends and I have done a three team online franchise for the last couple years. For M21, we're starting with a Lions/Panthers/Washington set. Have put in rules as we've learned the game and gotten better around draft picks, free agency, etc (thanks in large part to this lurker reading y'alls suggestions so thanks!)

Leaning towards Washington as my team - Love that D Line and I tend to be a more 43 style cover and get pressure with the DLine while usering the LB.


The other idea was a Colts/Jags/Texans franchise where we sim the games against each other in the regular season.
