Madden should add real owner & coaching personalities

The scenario shouldn't just stop there
Next gen should be able to add real personel personalities

Example:

Bill Bellicheck and his team would cut wr that want a big payday 💰extension and draft another wr or vet
The cycle continues every time WR wants a big payday


Owner jerry jones is the opposite thats willing to bring a fat check💰 to his superstar
Wether it's RB,QB,WR,even CB and Defense linemen

The rams front office willing to trade most of their draft pics for stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Madden has needed things like this for years. Coaches and players need personalities on and off the field. Owners should matter. And it should all have the option to be toggled on or off.

I want to see guys that are leaders on the field, in the locker room, I want to see stars that have egos and become cancers if losses pile up, I want to see coaches that are stubborn and don't adjust in game or maybe value veteran players too much and don't play their younger more talented players, and so on.

Other games like NBA 2k have had things like this for a long time now and it's a shame the NFL game we get annually is seemingly so far behind.

Head Coach 09 was the best front office mode EA has ever made.

With modern graphics, personally, I believe this would be an overwhelming hit.

Given the overall state of Madden the last 10 years, especially the franchise mode situation, I do think a new edition of Head Coach could sell better than expected.

Even random personalities would be nice. Let's be honest though, what would an Owner personality matter if the draft bugs don't get fixed? If your owner's personality doesn't draft 1st round QB's they're still going to draft one every single year with how jacked up this game currently is. We need some baseline stuff fixed and then this would be great.
