Roster update 12/21

Does anyone know where I can get a good roster file for the opening of the season. Starting a franchise and don't want too many players with existing injuries, but would still like some rookies to be more highly-rated then they are in the default roster.

Any help is appreciated.

my rosters i fix alot of rookies but its from the default roster but i think i did a great job on them check my thread for the rosters

Guess it would have been intelligent of me to mention I have the Xbox version.

I believe if you turn pre-existing injuries off in the options, all injured players from a roster update will be healthy after training camp in Franchise mode.

I also am getting the "damage save" message with the new rosters. Please help!
