Ok i dont understand why its even saying there is a 2nd device but since we know you are running Vista we need to start over. Vista is different from XP. In an earlier topic a few months back i was helping out someone else and they were having issues with Vista.

A guy suggested that " Right click on xport 360 ..... and click on "run as administrator" to open it".

Since you are using a 64mb card right click on Xchange360 (its so much easier) and then do the "run as administrator" thing and see if that helps.

You also may need to restart your computer if it doesn't work the first time.

Nope, its still not working. I keep getting a error message that says:
"Memory card error. Please remove and rei-nsert memory card."

Plus at bottom it says "working" instead of "connected".

Ok i think we are on the right path now. On Xchange 360 are you on the little Green "360 memory card" instead of the blue "Hard Drive"?
