Madden 07 screenshots on April 29th

Do you guys honestly think EA is gonna show 07' screens before E3? I was dissapointed also but look at the Vikings uni's.

LOL, just because the Vikings new uni is not in there does not mean it is not 2007. They may simply have not put the uniform in yet. I'm not saying what it is but those break block animations do not exist in 2006.

Agreed, but this year I want to see AJ Hawk's hair as well as Polomalu's(sp?) hair hanging oustide of their helmet, real tattoos, real accessories including shoes...EVERYTHING! We're in the next-gen life cycle and I want to see things like this.

Shows how much you know, they have been doing this for atleast the past 3 years...

They are madden 07 screens, it even says it in the url and on there webpage.

Calm down slugger, dont get to upset. I'm not the person to stick up for EA at all but to me, after the criticism they'd be stupid not to include small things like hair. I might be wrong but with E3 less than 2 weeks away, why blow their load with new screens. Just because it says Madden 07' doesnt mean they are screens from the game.

LOL, people must be disappointed. Look this could be 2007 just the stuff that you all are talking about is just not in the build they are using for the draft. You all are going to have to start taking what Sterling Sharpe said seriously. When people show you themselves the first time you better believe it.

And just because it does not have the hair and Vikings new uni does not mean it is not 2007. Could just be an early build they are using for the shots. All we can do is take their word. And if they say it is 2007 then that's what we'll have to believe.

Humm i'm at least expecting them to put back the detail that was found in the current gen versions

I want the Dreadlocks, Long Hair and Tattoos that were even found in the 05 version. C-mon EA this is the next generation. We know thier gona use the 06 engine but at least they can gives us damn details. There were able to map out incredible staduims but they can't give players damn long hair?

Why man?, if they can't even get the little things right, how are they gona get the bigger things right? I really want to enjoy Madden 07 this year, please EA give us a game worth the money

I remember when I brought Nfl Fever 2003, worst game ever because it was exactly 2002 with a Roaster update. No new things except for this one tacklebreak animation, but they did manage to include towels and a handwarmer and clean up the grahics a bit, but still exactly the same game as it's predessor.

I'm hoping to God EA tries to win the hearts of us football fans with 07. The other day i was talking to my friend who hadn't decided on a ps3 or 360 yet. I meantioned to him how cool the 360 was and how good the games were. He's a football fan so he asked me about madden. I told him it was good but it so badly lacked in gameplay features. And he told me the psp version was the exact same. I told him though that it's probably because they spent thier entire time making the grahics and physics engine that they didn't give us all those features; but this year was going to be different because the engines were already set. So far it looks like i was dead wrong. (My friend ended up getting a 360 and madden though)

I don't understand how 2k was able to do so much with 2k5 and how little EA did with 06. I know its the start of a new generation, but the least they could of done was to give us everything from the last gen. I'm hoping we truly get a great football game. I want gang tackling, a better running game, MORE animations and the little stuff like Refs on the feild, different color visors, long hair, mouth pieces ala Shaun Alexander style.
