I also used to get a kick out of the fact that players on your team and in the league would become coaches after they retire. Guess what. that doesn't happen on next gen.
You should check out Madden 08 again, both of these features were definitely in the game

Man, another day without the franchise blog, guess it wouldn't get posted on Sat or Sun either. =[

It really shouldn't take the long to put together, wonder what the holdup is all about.

Anything more tan that would be icing on the cake.
I'm pretty much with you, but I would also like to see tweaked player progression (one season last year, about 5 of my WRs/TEs jumped 17 catch points) and the draft classes (I know they wanna switch ratings up so we can utilize the scouting feature, but since all the default RBs speed is inflated, seeing Chris Rainey come in with an 84 speed would be an issue).

I thought that's why we had the other RB ratings (vision, stiff arm, truck, etc.) so they wouldn't have to take that much speed away like they did in late last gen when there were only 5 ratings that shaped how great a player was. Instead, the other ratings could take a hit.
