If you hire an offensive genius then your O would progress more than your D. This hasn't been in next gen. I thought that's why we had the other RB ratings (vision, stiff arm, truck, etc.) so they wouldn't have to take that much speed away like they did in late last gen when there were only 5 ratings that shaped how great a player was. Instead, the other ratings could take a hit.
