That would be really boring.

Online team play overall would be interesting though.

In my franchise I play left guard, my brother plays right guard, and my other friend plays left tackle. My 4th plays QB.

Let's just say there isn't a better feeling then when the D sends the blitz and your lineman holds the line, or picks up the blitzing LB, or destroys the CB blitzing off the edge.

OL is the best.

Like in FIFA where the captain sets the formations and positions, the captain in Madden would call the plays.

Or it could be rotating playcall, and rotating players like in fifa.

i think madden will have online team play soon..i mean nhl09,nba live09,fifa09 all have it madden will be next.

Well my friend, I have never played NHL, but in madden we find it almost impossible to find a decent 1 vs 1 matchup, let alone 11 vs 11. The only way it would be possible is to keep your games organized within a tight community that despises cheese, such as Opsports.

humm come to think of it is there any xbox live game thats gotten over 16 players in one match yet??.correct me if iam worng but i know the most ive seen was motogp with was 16 on track at one time.
