Umm....it has been done LOTS of times on next gen games pretty much all fps online have that mode when you join a game in progress also pretty much all online racing games have a specatator mode where you can watch people race.

lol... I thought it was pretty funny (which is why I made it) but I will agree that there has been a lot of Dave bashing that needs to be toned down (though I haven't really helped matters).
