They can get annoying, but if it's worthy I like em.

To hell with the damn auto Instant Replays; I'll button through a majority of them anyway. I understand it adds or takes away from the presentation and immersion factor of the experience, but do you wanna know what will add to, or as it is right now will hurt the presention and immersion factor of the game ?

Those God awful running animations !

10 along with realistic and plentiful stat overlays also a 10. NCAA doesn't got it, I'm hoping Madden does.

Re: Auto Instant Replays - How Important?

Not all that important to me. I might wanna see them if a +20 yrd run occurs or a big 3rd down sack/turnover, but other than that just after tds is fine with me.

As far as presentation goes, the commentary is the number one issue for me. My fifth grade science teacher brought more emotion to his dicussions on bug larvae than these guys do football.

Re: Auto Instant Replays - How Important?

I'm more concerned with being able to pull up the replay mode without having to exit out of the gameplay screen and enter the pause menu. It's so much easier to just press R1 and L1 or RB and LB to do so. This is really important in practice mode.

I'm not sure why the current gen games have abandoned this when it was always available last gen.

Re: Auto Instant Replays - How Important?

If we had in-game saves then 10.

Without in-game saves then 3.

Without in-game saves I would have to skip them as it takes long enough for me to finish a game as it is.

This is why I liked the play call screen from 09. I enjoyed being able to see a replay of every play and simply clicking the stick if I wanted it full screen. It really was a very useful play call screen with replays and stats without ever having to pause.
