Ties are essentially half of a win and half of a loss to both sides. I guess put a third column for ties so results can be shown as (W L T, example: 10-5-1)

Good idea to have those in place because tie games are rare in the NFL (last one before Cin/Phi last year was in '02 with Steelers and Falcons, and I still can't believe McNabb didn't know games could end in a tie [what do you think the T in the standings stands for?])

Yeah, good call. I'll have to keep that option open in the event of a tie. At any rate, this week went very well in the pick'ems. So far, the stats aren't so hot in the accuracy department, owing largely to that miserable Week 2.

Madden was 85.7% this week, raising the total season average of correct picks to 68.3%. My tentative goal for the end of the season is somewhere in the mid-80s.

It's 7PM EST and I've gone ahead and made the 'decision' to give the game a correct prediction with the New England/Tennessee game. I'm astonished that the Titans are letting themselves get thrashed this bad; it's sad and, despite the fact that they're win-less, somewhat out of character. It's going to be a long year for the Titans.

Altogether, the game has done pretty well this week. I hope the Eagles rebound and beat the Raiders in the final minute and that tonight and tomorrow night's games go the way Madden wants them to. Jets/Bills, however... haha.
