Hay guys some info from EA. I sent them a email a couple of days ago and they finally replyed. Turns out they don't know either when the patch is dropping.

Thank you for writing to Electronic Arts customer support.

We are sorry but we do not have this information regarding when there will be patch update available. If it is available then you will be prompted to download the same, as you connect your console to the network for playing online.

If there is anything else we may do to assist you please let us know.

Why can't they go back to the old way of patching games? I remember from the old Maddens and some RPG's on the PC would have a update button on the menu screen, just connect to the server and we have a patch. I'm sure it's MS call, not the devs, but still, go back to the old system.

I'm not even waiting on the patch, Football is almost over (It's over for me, Jets fan) and I'll probably only play a handful of games from now until the Super Bowl anyway.

It's not the fault of MS (and Sony).
The 1st part certification process can only start after MS & Sony received the patch from EA.
After that it takes max. 2 weeks until the patch is released by MS & Sony.
