Friends there is no super LB jump and here is why?

It isn't the framerate. The framerate is better than it's ever been. There is a problem with the way that Madden tech renders its animations.

There are games that run at lower framerates than Madden does, and have higher res textures, like Battlefield 3 (30fps), that do not have the herky jerky movement of Madden (60fps). Conversely, a game like God of War 3, which also runs at 60fps, has a very cartoony animation for Kratos' running, but it is smooth and without the weird hitches that are present in Madden's animations.

It isn't framerate at all. Tiburon just has questionable animation tech and/or skill. Sorry, no nicer way I can say it.

How are you measuring the FPS Madden runs at? In a PC game I can run something like FRAPS that tells me current FPS the whole time so in games like like BFBC2 or BF3 Alpha I could see when I had system performance drops. How are you measuring that on a console?

I'm not. Not really anyway. The bulk of this information comes from Tiburon themselves. Madden runs at 60fps and has for a few years now. I think 09 was the first 360 Madden at 60 and 10 was the first on PS3.

Aside from that, I can see with my eyes that the game runs at a higher framerate than it used to. 30 to 60fps is noticeable, depending on motion blur.

Whether it runs at a rock solid 60fps, I can't say, but if I had to guess, I would tend to doubt it. Regardless, it probably never ran at a rock solid 30fps either so, that matters little. The bottom line is that the animations are jerkier at 60fps than they were at 30fps on PS2/XBOX, so how could it be the framerate?

There are plenty of other games that have smoother animations than Madden, while being at lower framerates. I could list many if need be. It's Madden's rendering that's the issue.

Don't post here too much, but wanted to add to the conversation. In my experience, and being someone who uses custom sliders, I have found that I need to adjust from the sliders that others post to add to the qb accuracy. With the combo of higher accuracy and using the left stick, I can get a much better amount of passes over the lbs. The sliders with lower accuracy make it where the left stick isn't as precision. Basically, since the qb has lower accuracy, you can't "aim" nearly as well with the left stick.

Not true.. Its tougher but I still do my thing left stick with the USER accuracy low. Off course its easier with the Accuracy higher because your getting more assistance without having to use too much left stick. The left stick becomes a big part of passing the lower you have the accuracy..

Ok here is a video showing a ball thrown with a high arc.

I know some have ask for a video and here it is, and trust me you can do this anywhere on the field, and with various patterns. It just does not have to be the fade route.

Its the 2nd play of the video, and the QB accuracy was set at 38. Game speed Normal threshold 85

a fade proves absolutely nothing...at all considering its not even the topic of the conversation. Show me a regular pass over the middle, over a LBs reach...

In this thread it cleary explains how your request can be accomplsihed. It has been stated here various times, and backed by others that such can be accomplished.

Try it out for yourself, and if you can accomplsih it. I really dont know what to tell you.

Well maybe the passing game is your weakest point, and would explain why you have a rude attitude.
