Nah, in a nutshell they seem to be taking the top 3 THP Qbs or at least QBs with around the same THP and letting fans vote who should have the highest. So hypothetically, if they didn't have the fan vote, then these three QBs would have around the same THP.

People are right that it's really a moot point because a few ratings points difference don't seem to matter anyway. However, the hilarious thing is that this fan vote proves it. lol.

On that list I would say Stafford. But imo the strongest arm o have seen is Vick... He looks effortless throwing 70 yards
