Damn. Josh Hamilton suffered a small fracture in his shoulder. Out 6 to 8 weeks per GM Jon Daniels. "It will be a month before he swings a bat".

Wow this sucks, this guy will never be able to stay healthy.

man well it sucks to lose Hamilton.. but I think Murphy fills in well enough to keep the boat afloat for 2 months. Cruz numbers are probably going to go down though on the otherhand so I can't play this as a non issue.

I expected to lose somebody though... things were going way to well and looking far too easy at this point. This is exactly how it went down last year so I guess once again we won't see this team running on full cylinders together till the end of the year. Kind of dissapointing in a way. Not because I'm scared we're going to lose ground. but mainly because I'd really like to see this team get a chance to run the table healthy for once.

At 10-4, it's hard not to love this team. Hamilton's injury might hurt a bit, but with Kinsler, Beltre, Napoli, Cruz and even cry baby Young swinging the bat, it might not be bad.

Even with today's loss to the yankees, I think that the team is on the right path. Ogando, Holland and Harrison have found their grooves, and it going to be hard to find a place for Tommy Hunter when he gets better.

Was anyone else at the "tornado game" last night? Pretty wild. Ended up with crazy good seats after the delays.
