Tabata could use some time at AAA. It helped Presley get back on track.

I really hope both the Reds & Pirates make the playoffs. It would be great to see them stay right near the top the whole year. Boy was that trade for Burnett a great one for them.

I'd love to see Marte ASAP but I don't think we'll see him till after the ASB. It seems that the Pirates already have a date set for his arrival and are just getting him a few starts at RF since he'll (hopefully) be our everyday guy there.

Great win tonight. I usually try to be level headed when it comes to wins, but damn if I'm not excited after that walk off.

Re: Raise the Jolly Roger! Buccos '12 Thread

I was busy for the first 5 innings, but I started watching the game in the 6th. We had to leave for the fireworks in the bottom of the 6th when the Astros made their pitching change. I set the DVR because I knew that something special was going to happen. It's great to no longer fear a lead of more than 2 runs.

This team is really hot right now and they need to take advantage of this soft schedule right now. Other than the Giants, 19 of their next 22 games are against teams with a losing record. That includes 6 more with the Astros, 6 against the Cubs, and 3 against the Rockies.

August is a tougher slate, but in September they get 6 more with the Cubs, and another 3 with the Astros. They have 9 more with the Reds to try and help make up ground if need be.

Let's go Bucs!
