That's basically correct. I can't really comment on MLB09 SaveReader since I haven't seen it yet, other than those pics posted by Rich. but the savreader for mvp would export team and player pages into espn style html pages. they could either be viewed on your computer or uploaded to a web server.

From my knowledge, you copy your franchise/season/RTTS file onto a USB stick or other transfer device and once you run the save reader, it turns it into a HTML format of your box scores/stats blah blah blah.

I wonder if there's a way to turn it into a simple editor. Would be really cool to be able to change names and attributes of the players outside of the game.
