I'm confused. Is there something that we as GMs have to actually do on our own PS3s? I thought we were just conducting our business here on the forum and then you were entering the deals into your own machine.

I don't think we're actually making any offers on our own systems. I believe the idea was that cnelly would upload the file after each "sim period" so we could see what was going on.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've envisioned the process looking like this:

1) cnelly uploads franchise file
2) we each download it and open it on our PS3
3) we review our team, decide who we want to offer contracts to, etc.
4) we each PM cnelly with our requested contract offers
5) he inputs them all into the "main" franchise, sims a couple days, then re-uploads the file on here
6) we download, review again, and adjust offers as needed

I am getting a corrupt file message too.

The lady friend is out of town this weekend, so i will have some free time. CNelly, if you need help updating the dynastymanager site let me know. If needed I can take a second team too. I can't promise I will focus on them as much as the flubs, but at the very least I will fill their team needs.

Also, how in the wide wide world of sports do the cubs have the 5th lowest budget?!?

It's not their budget, but what they have available to spend. So the rest of their money is tied up to people currently on the payroll.

That is corrrect, but it doesn't appear the file is working at the moment.

Really? Damn. I didn't know we had to load up The Show for this, like the other poster said, I thought we were doing everyone on this forum and it was going to be updated on Dynasty Manager so we wouldn't have to bring up the franchise ourselves.

I'm sure you could do it like that....it's just easier to be able to look at everything as we go along as it gets updated.
