Off the top of my head, Rex Brothers and Nick Greenwood have been released already, and Edgar Olmos was traded, so they wouldn't be included.

I would recommend these changes.
SP Aaron Brooks will definitely be on the AAA roster.
RPs Aaron Crow and Manny Parra will probably be AAA relievers.
RP CJ Riefenhauser is on the SCEA roster, so he will probably be included in the OSFM set.
RF Shane Victorino signed a minor league contract and will probably start with AAA.
This is closer to what I would recommend:
MLB:
SP Jake Arrieta
SP Jon Lester
SP John Lackey
SP Kyle Hendricks
SP Jason Hammel
SP Clayton Richard
CP Hector Rondon
RP Pedro Strop
RP Adam Warren (SP)
RP Neil Ramirez
RP Justin Grimm
RP Travis Wood (SP)
RP Trevor Cahill (SP)
C Miguel Montero
C David Ross
1B Anthony Rizzo
2B Ben Zobrist (3B/SS/OF)
2B Tommy La Stella (3B)
3B Kris Bryant (OF)

SP Dallas Beeler
SP Stephen Fife
SP Jonathan Pettibone
SP Pierce Johnson
SP Eric Jokisch
RP Jean Machi
RP Brandon Gomes
RP Zac Rosscup
RP Aaron Crow
RP Manny Parra
RP Carl Edwards Jr
C Tim Federowicz
C David Freitas (AAA Rule 5 Pick)
1B Jesus Guzman (LF/RF)
2B Arismendy Alcantara (3B/SS/OF)
2B Logan Watkins (1B/3B/SS/OF)
3B Kristopher Negron (1B/2B/3B)
3B Christian Villanueva
SS Munenori Kawasaki
LF Mike O'Neill (AAA Rule 5 Pick)
CF Matt Szczur (OF)
CF Juan Perez (AAA Rule 5 Pick)
RF Shane Victorino
RF Kelly Dugan (1B) (AAA Rule 5 Pick)

AA:
SP Drew Rucinski

A:
SP Paul Blackburn
SP Dylan Cease
SP Bryan Hudson
SP Justin Steele
SP Jen-Ho Tseng
RP Scott Barnes
C Victor Caratini (3B)
2B Chesny Young (1B/3B/SS/OF)
3B Jason Vosler (1B/2B/SS)

RF Mark Zagunis (C)
RF Eloy Jimenez

Potential Extras:
SP Carson Sands
SP Oscar De La Cruz
SP Trevor Clifton
RP Daury Torrez
RP Dillon Maples
RP PJ Francescon
RP Luis Parra
RP Miguel Mejia
RP Cole Brocker

RP Starling Peralta
RP Jose Rosario
C Cael Brockmeyer
1B Jacob Rogers
3B Anthony Giansanti (LF)
SS Carlos Penalver
LF Kevin Brown
CF DJ Wilson
RF Jeffrey Baez
RF Bijan Rademacher

It is apparent that we have a ton of A level pitching prospects, making it difficult to determine who fills out AA and below. We also have a ton of OF depth from AAA down. I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them get cut like Matt Murton, Ryan Kalish, and Mike O'Neill simply because we do not have enough room to play them at the level they should be playing. This is why it is a good thing that OSFM doesn't release until after opening day, so all the waivers can be cleared and the rosters become more apparent around the league. Anyway, my thoughts, love to hear some feedback.

Saw the Mike O'Neill cut coming. Now Matt Murton has room on the AAA roster. I don't know who will play 1B with Guzman cut though, I don't think Vogelbach is ready for AAA. Kelly Dugan is an option, but he hasn't played 1B in a long time. Maybe Logan Watkins, but he isn't a good enough at bat. Any ideas for 1B at AAA?

Re: OSFM 2016: Chicago Cubs

Hello everyone, I'm back for another year of The Show. I gotta admit, with the sudden breakout of the big league team I haven't kept up with the rest of the organization as well as I have in the past. However, I put together a mostly completed 90 man roster of my own and here's what I got:

MLB:
1. Jake Arrieta - SP
2. Jon Lester - SP
3. John Lackey - SP
4. Jason Hammel - SP
5. Kyle Hendricks - SP
6. Clayton Richard - RP/SP
7. Adam Warren - RP/SP
8. Pedro Strop - RP
9. Travis Wood - RP
10. Justin Grimm - RP

8. Armando Rivero - RP
9. Manny Parra - RP
10. Jean Machi - RP
11. Carl Edwards, Jr. - RP
12. Brandon Gomes - RP
13. C.J. Riefenhauser - RP
14. Tim Federowicz - C
15. Taylor Davis - C
16. Dan Vogelbach - 1B
17. Arismendy Alcantara - 2B/OF
18. Logan Watkins - 2B/IF
19. Kristopher Negron - 3B
20. Munenori Kawasaki - SS
21. John Andreoli - LF/OF
22. Albert Almora, Jr. - CF

25. Juan Carlos Perez - CF/OF

AA:
1. Ryan Williams - SP
2. Rob Zastryzny - SP
3. Tyler Skulina - SP
4. Jen-Ho Tseng - SP
5. Brad Markey - SP

7.
8.
9.
10.
11.

18. Stephen Bruno - 2B

21. Billy McKinney - LF
22. Jake Hannemann - CF
23. Mark Zagunis - RF
24. Bijan Rademacher - RF
25. Danny Lockhart - 2B

A:
1. Javier Baez - SS/IF (DL)
2. Zac Rosscup - RP (DL)
3. Victor Caratini - C
4. Cael Brockmeye - C
5. Ian Happ - 2B
6. Gleyber Torres - SS

10. Justin Steele - SP
11. Carson Sands - SP
12. Duane Underwood - SP
13. Trevor Clifton - SP
14. Eric Leal - SP
15. Eddy Julio Martinez - LF

As you can see, I left the AA bullpen empty and that's because right now there's a clusterf*ck of relievers between Iowa and Tennesee and I'd just be flat out guessing if I filled them in right now. I would also suspect that a handful of them get released upon the close of minor league spring training. Also, I left off Matt Murton and Ryan Kalish because I honestly expect that they will be released.

I added C Cael Brockmeyer since two 1B were cut with Jacob Rogers and Jesus Guzman, and Brockmeyer seems to be getting a decent amount of work at the position. Outside of Vogelbach though, we are very weak at 1B prospects. I also added SP Oscar De La Cruz because I was at 44 pitchers before and I had room for 1 more and I thought he was the best choice. It was between De La Cruz and Carson Sands for me. Both would probably be decent potential, low/mid 50 something overall players. A higher level RP would make a lot of sense too like Jeffry Antigua, Starling Peralta, PJ Francescon, or Miguel Mejia, all of these guys could arguably grade out to high 50's to low 60's. Either way, a new list, thanks for the updates.

I can't imagine Murton being in Double-A. I'd be surprised if he's not at Iowa to start the year.

Agreed. One of the main reasons why I thought O'Neill was going to get cut, but the Cubs had 3 AAA rule five picks in the outfield and couldn't send them down without losing them. Also, Matt Szczur wasn't going to get sent to AA either and Iowa probably wasn't going to carry 5 outfielders with little to no infield versatility. That's why I originally had him there. I also don't think Kalish will go to AA either, probably on the edge of being cut right now

Re: OSFM 2016: Chicago Cubs

What are you guys going to be using in regards to Jake Arrieta's pitch repertoire? He features a sinker but doesn't he throw a cutter and a two-seamer? I feel shamed as a Cubs fan for not knowing this. His pitches just move so much it's incredible.
