I have communicated with PowerSwingKing via PS4 messaging. He said his ban message said he had multiple accounts, which he assured me is not the case.

He says a new set is coming this weekend, hope they unban him so we can continue following his efforts

The guy's trying to break the all-time record for most times banned. He was clearly a previously-banned user and has popped back up (like tonight once again) to be a troll. He's obsessed with OSFM rosters and is no good at making rosters himself, so he's playing this pathetic game of trying to pass himself off as a roster expert and rating his own "roster" favorably. He's 100% transparent (clearly not fooling anyone, and mods least of all) and will get reported every single time he shows back up. It's really just a question of when he finally realizes there are better ways to spend his life.
