Anyway, you have your method and I guess sticking to it. Are you editing Potentials? J.P. Crawford is a 99 potential in default roster. Of course, he is a real player, but with that kind of potential, I think he is more of a combination, fake and real.

If you don't mind my asking, who are the 99 potential players in your roster?

Yes, I'm editting potentials as I go, according to current talent level and Fangraphs prospect rankings.

Tyler Wade, for example, was an A potential in the default roster. He's now a C potential.

Crawford is the 29th best prospect in baseball right now, so he will end up with an 85 potential as his estimate future value is 55 on a 20/80 scale.

For prospects, I'm using the formula:
Potential = future value + 30.

Prospects being players 25 and under. If they are over 25, potential is based on current value (OVR).

Well, I am certainly happy you edited Wade to a C potential. Crawford looks good to me at B potential, though it remains to be seen how he hits at major league level. He didn't hit for average at triple A, something like .243 and .214 in the majors last year, though small sample size. Jorge Mateo may be better, just maybe.

I read you are using Brooks Baseball for pitch edits--good!

I look forward to seeing a roster that edits overalls, potentials, and does pitch edits (Brooks Baseball). Thus, I am excited to see your roster hit the vault.

Quite a chore doing it all, so here is a big thank you for the effort!

Re: The TrueSim Roster Project: MLB 18

I will be 76 years old in August, so I'm hoping you get this done while I can still lift a bat

If I can be of any help, let me know. Sometimes it's good to have another pair of eyes looking things over. Just a heads up, the first release of OSFM has Acuna with running style 3.

Re: The TrueSim Roster Project: MLB 18

Thanks to everyone who has offered to help with this project

Right now, I could use any input on:
-Accesery edits
-Style edits (running style, catcher style, batting stances, pitching deliveries etc.)

If you're interested in helping with those areas, PM me

All AL teams are done. I'm working through the NL: ATL, MIA, WSH, FLA and LAD are done.
Hey man!

Any chance you can share all teams ratings? I really want to add the ratings you have here to my Franchise.

Sorry, I couldnt wait to start.

These are the current ratings at the moment:

I'm editing in game, but still need to finalize ratings for the NL West, so those teams (minus LAD) are not done in full.
