With patch 1.10 your sliders worked greatly for me, but now with 1.11 hitting is too easy.

i played around last night with sliders, but i can't find a way to fix it like it was before patch 1.11..
Just got back from a trip of the non vacation variety. I will have to play some games first.

RJ, are you using the hybrid roster with these? Am just curious, being pitcher control is a tad less than the SCEA and other rosters.

It is probably too soon to make adjustments. Give it some time to make sure you don't slump or even out. Directional hitting's most important input is timing. If it is really that easy, consider lowering your timing window or going up a hitting level.

No, I am not. The control would have to be a minimum of 5, I would probably go 6. The pitch edits ruin hybrid for me. The game, when played, uses break for K%. I would use pitch edits that put in correct speeds and reportoire, but not edits on control and break. You can still use these sliders but bump up the control sliders.

Agreed. As mentioned previously I stumbled back on to a 2/4/6 control/consistency/strike frequency combination. Im using justmuncs Fictional which used last years Hybrid which in turn uses WTNYs pitch edits. It started out fine with the top guys/good rotations. However as I'm getting deeper and finding lower rated pitchers its getting pretty wild so I will be back to the drawing board shortly.

Re: Directional/Classic or MoM sliders

Perhaps some of you guys could pass on your style of using classic pitching.

I used to be classic only back in the day, but since switched to meter and been there for idk almost a decade now. So going back to classic I find it a little different. I understand all the concepts of it and all that, and how to use it. But find it very very inaccurate, and i was wondering if maybe you guys are doing something a little different than me.

I can get strikeouts, I can have good outings with starters, however I shouldn't walk 5-6 guys with my starter every outing. Also resulting in a good big of hung breaking pitches and changes resulting in a lot of CPU offense coming via the dinger, while my comes from a variety of sources.

Which brings me to my biggest compliment for your sliders these are the most organic variety filled offensive sliders I've played with and I've played so so much since launch.

Just need a little help with more consistently locating pitches in classic, and tossing less wildly inaccurate pitches.
