My previous exhibition games with Boston have had good variety and at no point have I felt like there are too many home runs being hit. Some games are going to have high homers and some games will have none. Need to really look at a 10 game or so sample and the teams/players being used also plays a role

TNK - "TEST" New York Mets Franchise
Game #5 of the season

New York Mets (1-3) @ Philadelphia Phillies (3-1)
Pitching Matchup - David Peterson vs Matt Moore

The Phillies got on the board in the bottom of the 1st as Andrew McCutchen led off the game with a double and came in to score on a RBI sac fly to CF by Bryce Harper giving the Phillies a 1-0 lead. Matt Moore and David Peterson were both pitching well and the score remained 1-0 through 3 innings. The Mets would get on the board in the top of the 4th as Dominic Smith singled with 1 out and Pete Alonso would smoke a ball towards the gap that got past the diving attempt by Roman Quinn allowing Smith to score from first base as Alonso ties the game 1-1 with a RBI double. Michael Conforto followed with a liner into CF for a RBI single to give the Mets a 2-1 lead but he was thrown out trying to stretch it into a double. Peterson did a nice job as he wiggled out of danger after the first two batters reached in the bottom of the 4th and we would go to the 5th inning with New York leading 2-1. The Phillies would load the bases with 1 out for Bryce Harper in the bottom of the 5th and Peterson would get Harper swinging on a nasty slider for a huge strikeout bringing up JT Realmuto with 2 outs and the bases loaded. Realmuto would hit the ball on the ground to the right side and McNeil would get to it and throw to first base as Peterson gets out of the jam and the Phillies leave the bases loaded as we move to the 6th inning with the Mets leading 2-1. Francisco Lindor and Dominic Smith hit back to back singles with 1 out in the top of the 6th to bring up Pete Alonso with runners on the corners and Alonso would smoke a ball in the gap for a RBI double to make it 3-1. Moore would depart as Ranger Suarez came in from the pen to face Conforto with runners on 2nd & 3rd and 1 out and Conforto hit a high chopper over the mound and would reach with an infield single as a run scores to make it 4-1. JD Davis would follow with a RBI single into CF to make it 5-1. Peterson finished off an excellent outing as he would pickup two more Ks and get Roman Quinn to fly out ending the bottom of the 6th to send the game to the 7th inning with the Mets leading 5-1. Seth Lugo pitched a scoreless bottom of the 7th and retired the side in order in the bottom of the 8th as he gives the Mets two strong innings out of the pen to send the game to the 9th inning with the Mets leading 5-1. Vince Velasquez was in his 3rd inning of relief for Philadelphia and recorded 2 quick outs in the top of the 9th before McCann singled up the middle and pinch hitter Jonathan Villar was hit by a pitch to bring up Kevin Pillar with two men on and 2 outs. Velasquez would get out of the inning as Pillar flew out to Harper in RF and the Phillies would come to bat in the bottom of the 9th trailing 5-1 with Mets closer Edwin Diaz coming in to try and close it out. Diaz would make quick work of the Phillies to finish off a 5-1 win for the Mets

* The Mets snap their 3 game losing streak with a 5-1 win to improve to 2-3 on the season

* David Peterson gave the Mets 6 strong innings of work allowing 1 run on 7 hits with 1 walk and 7 Ks to earn the win

* Pete Alonso is showing signs of getting going at the plate as he went 2 for 4 with a pair of RBI doubles and Dominic Smith went 3 for 4 for New York

* The Mets and Phillies will play the rubber match of tis 3 game series tomorrow with a terrific pitching matchup on tap as Jacob deGrom takes the mound for New York and he will be opposed by Aaron Nola for Philadelphia

Re: TNK MLB 21 Sliders

Does the Dynamic Difficulty Sensitivity really make a difference in the game? I see your version 2 slider set has it at five in the update, but then in red, it stated (disabled/should not matter). Could you explain that a little?

The Dynamic Difficulty setting is set to OFF.....so regardless of what the slider is set to, it should not matter

TNK - "TEST" New York Mets Franchise
Game #6 of the season

New York Mets (2-3) @ Philadelphia Phillies (3-2)
Pitching Matchup - Jacob deGrom vs Aaron Nola

The game was scoreless after two innings and Jacob deGrom was dealing as he struck out the side in the bottom of the 2nd and had 5 strikeouts through two innings of work. Aaron Nola was pitching well for Philadelphia and the game was scoreless through 4 innings with each team only registering one hit apiece and deGrom was up to 8 Ks in the game. The Phillies would open the scoring in the bottom of the 5th when deGrom left a fastball over the plate and Didi Gregorius hammered it 425 feet to CF for a solo HR to give Philadelphia a 1-0 lead. Nola would get into trouble in the top of the 6th when he started the inning by walking James McCann and deGrom would single up the middle with 1 out to bring up Brandon Nimmo with two men on base. Nola hung a curveball on the first pitch to Nimmo who hit a towering fly ball to RF that barely cleared the wall for a 3-run HR to give the Mets a 3-1 lead. deGrom made quick work of the Phillies in the bottom of the 6th and the game would move to the 7th inning with the Mets leading 3-1. Hector Neris took over for Nola and pitched a scoreless top of the 7th while deGrom continued to mow down the Phillies lineup as he retired the side in order in the bottom half of the inning and we would go to the 8th inning with New York leading 3-1. The Phillies had managed just 2 hits through 7 innings and deGrom would finish off a terrific outing with a 1-2-3 bottom of the 8th as he would get Mickey Moniak to fly out to Smith in LF on 109th pitch of the ball game for the 3rd out and the game would head to the 9th inning with the Mets up by a score of 3-1. Pete Alonso would fly out to CF stranding a runner in scoring position to end the top of the 9th and Edwin Diaz make his way in to pitch the bottom of the 9th with the Phillies coming to bat trailing 3-1. Roman Quinn would pinch hit in the pitchers spot to lead off the bottom of the 9th and smacked a triple off the base of the wall in right-center to get things started for the Phillies. Andrew McCutchen was up next and hit a ground ball through into LF for a RBI single to make it a one run game 3-2. The Phillies had the tying run on base with nobody out for Rhys Hoskins who lined a single into CF for the 3rd straight hit and Philly now had two men on with nobody out. Diaz would come back with a huge strikeout of Bryce Harper for the first out and that would bring up JT Realmuto with 1 out and runners on 1st and 2nd base. Diaz would start Realmuto off with a slider and Realmuto was swinging on the first pitch and hit a ground ball to Lindor at SS to start a game ending 6-4-3 double play as Diaz hangs on to record the save and the Mets win a thriller 3-2

* Jacob deGrom was outstanding for New York allowing just 2 hits in 8 dominant innings while striking out 10

* Aaron Nola pitched well for Philadelphia striking out 7 batters in 6 innings and was going toe to toe with deGrom until the 6th inning when he paid the price for one major mistake pitch that resulted in a 3-run HR by Brandon Nimmo

* The Mets take the final two games of this series to improve to 3-3 and will head home to New York for their home opener at Citi Field against the Miami Marlins

Hey TNK, Question when you do your franchise do you use 30 team control to stop stupid trades or you just worry about your team and what happens happens

I use 30 control - but I have one profile "HUMAN" that has all the mode specific functions/settings for my team and another profile called "CPU" with all the mode specific settings for the other 29 teams

So instead of choosing "30 team Control" - you select all the teams and then set the other 29 to a profile that allows you to modify their roster/lineup/rotation and have all their drafting, free agency, scouting, etc set to AUTO while you leave trades on MANUAL

Thats what I do as well. Currently 2-2 in my Mets Franchsie using your settings. I am just having trouble deciding how to monitor and make the right moves for all the teams its so much to keep track of. I tried to write all the teams in an excel sheet but its daunting.
