Yes, edit potential was something we've wanted forever. I believe 14 was the first time we could do that. If we couldn't edit potentials, Mookie Betts would be an 85.

Buchholz can get you 10 runs in 3 1/3! Oh wait....

Seems like he should still be pretty valuable as a 30 year old starter a year removed from a 2.78 FIP. Today sucked but opening day showed he's not totally shot.

High B, Low B like you suggested for Samardzija/Iwakuma a few pages ago?

That was in 2013, with only 108.1 IP. Last year is a better sample size.

Possibly, but getting it done for 100+ innings is still getting it done. Mid B, High C is probably more reasonable. Would probably have to be a big market team willing to pay $12-13M to a 4th starter though.

Thanks, HCP
For what it's worth let's just say that the Jays couldn't give him away, lol. He's really not worth much but we couldn't trade him cause we're so thin up the middle. We'd need a serviceable shortstop and then another good piece but I think that's an overpay.

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread

in my Miami Marlins franchise carry over from 14 to 15 now in first week in June.. just go offered (first time ever for me in any show game since 08) a trade from the computer... it came from the Angels...

Angels would send - Mike Trout

Marlins would return - Jose Fernandez

i was astonished that the cpu would trade trout like that who at the time was hitting well over .300 had 16 hrs and over 40 rbis if memory serves. i of course denied it due to having to give up Fernandez...

nice try computer... maybe next time...
