Graphic glitch upon selecting pitch type?

This wont be fixed by SCEA due to it breaking the frame rate of this game. We already see spots were the frame rate blows in this game but the dynamic resolution lowering and pixelating sleeves and hair is done to not hammer the frame rate during key pitcher vs batter action.

That thought crossed my mind. Anyone report this? Very small bug, but a bug nonetheless.
