Who says I have a crappy TV? I'm not talking about copying the color of the grass from a garbage TV from the 1970s. A top quality TV at the highest resolution today should be able to accurately show the color of a ballparks grass. From there the devs should take into account both how the grass looks in reality to how it looks on the top quality TV broadcast. Not sure how what I said was so ridiculous.

I should be able to compare a screenshot of the Show to a screenshot from an in game clip on MLB.com with the same camera angles and I should, in theory, have a hard time figuring out which is the game and which is reality.

Ok once again a thread has turned into I hate this about The Show and I am going to trash everybody that disagrees me thread. This thread was intended for MLB 17 screenshots and not a 3 page discussion on the color of grass and stripes on uniform pants.

Get it back on track or its done.

man I can't wait till march playing the show 16 and reading this thread I am glad I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition, those screen shots make me want it even more

There have been other baseball games with greener fields in the past same could be said for soccer games. I don't buy it's a ps4 limitation at all. As for the wait till 17 is out. No that's not relevant at this time, this has been an on going issue and "grass tech" is much more likely about ball physics on surfaces.
It could be addressed maybe before 17 comes out if the community mentions it?

The suggestion of bringing it up during a stream is a great idea.

This was a quick test to see how season/franchise rosters would transfer from 16 to 17 and what a difference! these are on base ps4 i can only imagine what they look like on 4k hdr
