Look, I know it's cool to hate on the lack of improvements to Franchise, but I like the menus, they look cleaner and quicker.

Also there's this (I do 30 team control, so having to protect for the Rule V has always driven me nuts):

I have to say, I like the offseason phases stuff. I had a franchise that I had to start over because I missed that I had to tender contracts to everyone and lost most of my players. This would have helped me.

Also, lol at the Tigers signing Bumgarner in FA.
