Plenty of teams could use him.

Boston, Cleveland, Minnesota, Oakland, Tampa, White Sox...leave that there.

His value just sucks right now, and this is the case where I throw some of this stuff out because he will end up with around $10 million in surplus and I believe he should still have around $45 million in surplus.

Top 50-100 prospect, lower end 100-120 prospect and a lotto ticket.

Mid-A, mid/low-B, C

That sounds like too much, so the Cubs would likely try to mix him and another prospect for a top tier RP since they have every other position covered.

I also have Schwarber at that value roughly. $54million. I have him worth a 50-55FV player

I am the Blue Jays and looking to move Pillar. I saw the Giants had interest and match up on paper. What sort of package could I get in return?

I have him pretty valuable at $107million. which is around two A prospects and a throw in.

Yea, I know he is very valuable. Don’t know if he would fetch two As in real life. I do like Chris Shaw though and could maybe take a decent SP prospect as well?

You guys mind showing your work on this one? My rough calculations put Pillar at roughly 15M in surplus over his final two years of control using bWAR. In real life, I couldn’t see Pillar getting anything more than a lotto ticket and IFA $.

I say this as a Jays fan that would love to get two top-100 prospects for Pillar, but no way I see it actually happening.

What could someone get for packaging Schwarber, Happ, and Russell?
