The Countdown show for this was off the charts. The YES! cartwheel was hilarious, as was Diego's living room that had nothing in it aside from a mirror, mat and Bruce Lee photos.

Mir really understands how to cut a promo. He did a great job in generating interest in his fight with Kongo, while at the same time building a 3rd fight with Brock.

I did a 4 fight parlay with Sanchez, Florian, Fitch, and and Mir.

I'm pumped up to watch this card tommorow night.

BJ Penn looks super slim in the weigh in from his last fight at 101.

Re: UFC 107: Penn v. Sanchez

Diego's aggression is a double edged sword. One one hand, there's a chance that he can tire BJ out due to constant pressure. I doubt that happens though, especially looking at how BJ performs when he's in shape (Sherk, Florian). On the other hand, it also leaves him vulnerable to getting his dropped. Clay Guida caught Diego with a few shots and BJ is a much better boxer than him. Although Diego's stand up has improved greatly, BJ is the better striker.

I don't care who wins this fight because I enjoy the way both dudes do their thing. Diego is one of the best in that division, so him winning wouldn't be a shock. However, if BJ is on his game I don't see anyway he loses this.
