Fox Sports Live had both women on their post show recap and man was it awkward. Whatever appearance there was of them deading the beef at the end of the episode was just that, an appearance. Heather's hypocrisy and excuses know no end. I mean, yes, they are asking loaded questions but damn you got handled twice.

She looked great. I'm interested to see her takedown defense but her striking is the most dynamic of anyone in the house. Her fight against Calderwood will be great.
