Are you playing with all bronze players except one silver?

I have 7 bench players and only 1 silver player like it asks.

Can you maybe post screenshots? Only thing I can think of to try to help you out

My team icon and jerseys are silver, does that matter? It just says one silver player, not card.

Shoot, I'm new to this site and have no clue how to post screen shots on here. But here's exactly what it tells me, "this requires a complete lineup to play, please edit your lineup and try again."
