Check you franchise, make sure you don't have any holes in there

I haven't even been able to play one game since I got it. Everyone has contracts and there are no injuries. I Have a feeling I'll have to reinstall the game. I just don't wanna have to do this cause I don't want to lose the players I have. If I reinstall the game will I lose everything?

Also, 2K is impossible to get a response from right now. They also got rid of their 1800 number which is frusterating. I wrote them days ago and still no response. I wanna know if they will compensate my losses if I have to reinstall. I have Durant, Cousins, bogut, and Bosh and would hate to lose them because of the game being stupid.
