WaitTilNextYear's 2K14 Realistic Superstar Sliders

I want to try these, but I finally solved a problem (it's not a pretty solution) that I've had with this game, even with the other slider sets here, points in the paint. I just get way too many, 60+ most games as OKC.

Right now I'm using a base of JW55's HoF set that attempts to de-cheese HoF while still making it competitive and tough, and personal tweaks for player speed (I want it to take 7-8 seconds to get from in bounds to the top of the key if I'm not sprinting) and making it tougher to get into the paint. I'm getting good games where I'll end up with only 24-34pip (if I'm not forcing) or 40-50pip (if I'm forcing), but I'm always looking for the best, most realistic set lol.

Long story short, I'm going to start a test my gm and try these out, but I know even now that I'm going to have to do something to make pip harder for me.

I haven't posted any boxscores yet but here are a few vids from the 1st few games of my Knicks MyGM. I'm seeing and doing things that I wasn't able to with other sets. These are so perfect for my style of play & I have the love back for this game again.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean about the controller, but I haven't changed anything about the controls. All the buttons are the standard options. As rajone said, these are with Cam's v2.5 rosters.

Let me know how it goes. I generally get anywhere from 30-55 PiP in a game. It really depends though on who I'm facing. If I'm going against a slower PG, then it tends to be on the higher end of that range. Tougher defensive teams with "nothing inside" POE can hold me closer to 30.

I haven't found a way to de-cheese HoF...so if you can do that, more power to you. I'd imagine the sliders would have to be heavily in favor of the USER to get anywhere close to cheese-less HoF mode.

Glad to hear it, but if you can beat the Bulls in Chicago with the Knicks, maybe these are too easy! lol

Kidding aside, from your vids, it looks like it was a close game until you broke away a little bit late in the game.

You're exactly right lol. It was a close game until the 3rd. I had a 4-5 min stretch where I locked themoup pretty good forcing them to take perimeter shots most of which were contested. It helped that I had Shump guarding Rose....he literally did nothing lol. I actually wound up losing that Minny game b/c I started thinking I was the ish & let them hang around. I'll try to post some boxscores for my upcoming games.

Hey thanks, and no rush on the games.

As for the de-cheesing, I've seen that chart in slider threads before, but it doesn't work. What I mean by that is, while it may very well neutralize any attribute boosts that the cpu gets for their players on HoF, it doesn't account for super-human AI and cheese.

I meant if you have it on intense, manual or always
And defensive assist strength 0-100?
