I noticed one of the MyNBA injury sliders controls injuries for both simmed AND played games, so if you tweaked that slider that might explain what you're seeing.

It also might be worth jacking up that slider before every played game, then dropping it back to default when simming. (Sorry, can't remember which MyNBA slider this is, but the little description at the bottom of the page says "played and simmed game injuries" or something to that affect).

I had 2 injuries (minor) in 1 game in MyEra. One bruised lower back and 1 sprained ankle. Next game I had a knee contusion. So in 2 games, I've seen 3 small injuries. The simmed games I saw a broke leg and several small injuries around the league.

On the bruised lower back, I didn't even know anything happened. Heard the reporter talking about it, didn't know who it was, but they came back in the game with the + by their name, lol.

Ok cool. Just wanted to see if folks are still seeing in game injuries. Simmed injuries work fine. Like I said I just have not seen in game in a bit.

Yea I haven’t touched the slider yet and haven’t seen any since first game.

I had Wizards MJ go down HARD... was wincing a bit, and really slow to get up, walked to the free throw line with his eyes closed and flexing his shoulders. No "+" sign, or mention of the injury, but I haven't finished the game yet. I'm wondering if I get a notification after the game or anything. Held my breath, lol.

Started a Jordan MyEra and played against the Celtics to check out the filters (very cool). Bird got injured in the first quarter with a broken ankle.

Just played against Prime J-Kidd with the Wizards and he absolutely dismantled me dropping 39 points, 10 rebounds, 16 assists, 7 steals, 1 turnover... Absolutely insane. Of course, the Kidd to Kenyon connection was in full effect too. Kenyon had 27 pts, 12 rebounds. I couldn't do anything to stop them. My response was "Lord how did MJ almost lead these turds to the playoffs..." lol.
