Seems most of the guys with it aren't big MyPlayer guys, very few of them are dropping MyCareer info, instead just appeasing the 'what does such and such look like' crowd.

I am not playing mycareer yet to know, gonna face scan my guy and stuff before finding out but there's no option in the customization of myplayer or anything. I guess I have to play the mode
