I'm in my second season and Gordon Hayward is demanding a trade. Every time I try to work out a deal it always says it's an illegal trade because the team I'm trading with is over the cap. So I was wondering is there a way I can see if a team is under or over the cap before trying to trade with them?

In trading with a team that is over the cap, the salary amount in the trade has to be around the same amount, give or take a certain percent. For example, you can't trade a $15 million player for a $5 million player, but it should work if the dollar amount is somewhere around $14-$16 million.

Yeah I think the figure is 125% either side.

Can anyone answer this question?

I have Haywood on my books for 2m this season, it balloons to 10m next season.

Obviously the only reason a team would trade for him would be to cut salary.

Do CPU teams make trades based on financial considerations or is purely talent based?

Don't know if this was answered before, but is there to change tendencies? I created a player and forgot to put his 3pt tendency high. Its at 36 when he has a 90 three point overall. I am mid season and don't want to make another one.

You're looking at the right place. If you're not seeing any work ethic related badges, then that player has average work ethic, nothing too special about it to warrant a badge.

Is there any way to change a drafted players appearance? I know you can edit their accessories. Reason I ask is ive been coming across/drafting players with horrible hair combos/side burns (which looks stupid with shaved heads and no facial hair). Also most drafted guys now wear sleaves on my team due to their horrible tribal tattoos. I know it seems like a small thing, but its not just the odd guy.
