They made it sound like rec with instant matchmaking. It is not. If you're going to do a mode that gives you nothing other than competition, why not allow you to customize it by custom 5v5. Why can't I have a locker room and invite 9 people in? Why can't I challenge other teams? Why are there divisions? What is the future of this mode?

Reason why I say Rep doesn't matter at all is because when a player has a Rep of Rookie 1, but has a 90 ovr player from Playing offline and lvling up, and people intentionally won't play with him because he's got a Brown shirt next to his name.

Rep doesn't come from playing good, it comes from playing ALOT. Imagine if the TOOK AWAY REP for bad performances. People would flip, but that would be real.

I have more than 2 friends on my list and sometimes I'd like to get 5 buddies together and run. Especially if there's 2 bigs so this way we can stack the paint.

I love how everyone thinks the park is cheese tho. Since i usually run a squad that beats cheesers every day. We run transition offense. Anyone know plays with me knows i try to work the ball around. You'd be amazed what i can do in 5 on 5 since I'm a pass first player. My buddies know to get open.

You just think the park is cheese because you're not good at it.
