I would almost always enter online games under superstar sim since this is the rumored difficulty setting of park/pro-am. I would do this in order to test jumpers out. So, basically this may explain why my shooting was erratic after patch 3.

I applied my settings to Pro/Default (my usual badge hunting difficulty) and my shooting is better than ever. Almost back to patch 1 levels. I also equipped an easier release but I believe the settings are a bigger influence. Wide open jumpers are falling again. I've had several games with 50-60% shooting and one standout game going 100% perfect from the field. Of course, these were all good shots or relatively wide open.

Again, thanks! Patch 3 is not so bad now that I've learned this.

Are you on XB1 or PSN by the way?
I'm on XB1 homie but this system existed in 15 as well.

In 15, I increased the difficulty as I improved my jumper - same in 16. In 16, I got away with a lot when my jumper was 70 on mid and 67 on 3 and I entered Park with Rookie in those days. In 15, I eventually graduated to using at least Superstar for Park and JRC.

Solid update man, you've been saved from gaming purgatory lol

I have found a lot of satisfaction in Jumpshot 116 on Quick and this is the current one I have been using for the longest time.

I mainly play in Pro Am.

I have also had success with John Wall and 70, both on Normal. I enjoyed success with both of these but suddenly needed to switch to Quick due to change in Gameplay experience.

I still like Wall and 70 but 116 has stuck with me as the most reliable and the form looks good too.

*Wall's jumper was really good for attempting contested shots and was reliable on 3s but not so strong on the mid range. 70 just eventually became too quick for my preference and effectiveness.

Thought it was about time to get this thread back going. Seems jumpers are a different feel.

What are some good jumpshot for MyCareer and Pro Am? At the Park John Wall on quick is great, just I can not hit with it in MyCareer or Pro Am?

Rudy Gay, 70, Wall on Normal was good, 116, Kyrie and Melo

Pro Am has been rough for me with Patch 4

Release 54 on quick seems to be money for me. It's easy to get a hold of too due to the hand bending.
