If 2k and Sony have a partnership why has it been 3 years with highlights not working on the PS4 in quarters after 8 minutes long? And why hasn't 2K fixed it or come out and said it is an issue with the PS4 itself?

I don't know why its taking a long time, but I doubt its MS's certification. I do hope this thread stays open so i can know when the thing drops. lol
