Agreed.... However I will add that I guarantee most of those sophomores will increase in ratings as you progress. The big issue in my opinion is that while these guys progress you don't have enough regression from the middle tier players. I've seen guys like Darren collision remain approximately an 80 for many many years (I don't even think he's an 80 to begin with).

Just wondering which play types you guys consider to be On Ball. More specifically to be used for calculating On Ball Defense IQ.
