Constructive Criticism for NBA 2K17: Inbound defense after scores needs to be fixed

Just happened again. Game tied 3 secs left,

the game cheated

Opponent calls time out but instead of inbounding at half court , they inbound quarter court on their side .

My players were all stuck behind the 3 point line . I couldnt move anybody .

Ball inbounded to a sprinting Paul George for a leaning 3 splash game over .

Why are my players stuck before the inbound ? Nobody else experiencing this mess?

It happens about numerous times in a game.

Reaction time Check the players in those videos and then check their ratings. You'll notice correlation between the 2. Bad ratings means bad defense in those small areas. But I'm talking too much lol. Why do user/us expect there to be no weakness? I'm not saying you're saying it. But some people come off sounding like the CPU should perfect. Why should the result of the play be the same? The defender 25 Bullock is back when PG picks up ball. Instead of running back to cut off the drive he just stops, and actually picks off the user. In the last play when the user goes for the chase down on Monta, Meeks was back and doesn't recognize that he has to stop that drive.

Inbounding have a 5 second delay would fix this.

(A lame fix but a fix none the less..)

You know this is a rule violation right? This is bandage over a deep wound. Defenders just need to run back on defense instead of jogging and celebrating after every play. Only fatigued players should be getting back slowly to force players to sub out instead of running one lineup for pretty much the entire game.

I saw a post like this before. They can't be serious....

What they should do is if someone quits a game make them wait 15 minutes before they can play again. Now that would be exciting lol

Players need to just jog back with an urgency, it's that simple. The inbounds are already obnoxiously slow, but the defense getting back is moronic. I've never wanted to actually come through the screen and strangle my guys as much as when they slowly jog back and act like zombies when an opposing point guard lead passes over them all for a easy dunk with their center
