Re: Offline MyLeague keeps expanding while Online turns into fantasy basketball...?
Can't we just wait until they post the dev blog before we complain about something we don't know for certain yet? All we know as of right now is that there is an offseason and that one of the features is the keeper contract thing.
There was no official word on whether there is a full rookie draft or free agency, but they also didn't say that it wasn't in the game. All we can do is speculate.
The one thing they are really doing wrong is the way they give us information, because we mostly get our news via Youtubers or people on Twitter which just doesn't seem very professional and often leads to even more ambiguity.
At the end of the day I think we can be glad that they haven't dropped MLO yet, because I believe that the majority (which are casuals) don't want to invest so much time and effort into a game and therefore probably don't care too much about our favorite mode.
As long as only a small group of people stop buying 2k because they don't have a full MLO, they have very little need to make drastic changes.
The problem is that if you want to play basketball on your console, you have to buy 2k.
EA needs to get their act together and release at least a semi decent NBA Live so there is some competition again.
