Wouldn't you have the key already for preload? Everyone on P.C Xbox and PS4 preloaded.

Maybe shoot them an email letting them know you haven't received anything.. Could be a mixup but they're running way behind.. not even giving you a key is crazy.

I have it already purchased, downloaded and installed. When I clicked on it to see if its available (eastern time), its telling me not til the 19th.

Oh do it says Pre-ordered? Basically you have to wait until midnight.. To play.. in see more.

XBox has two store screens for some reason, but if you find the 9/15 page it says you own that too.

Go to the store, search "2K18" and keep scrolling until you see the "pre-order" version. It should say it's purchased and downloaded. If you find the regular version you chose, it will also say that's downloaded and purchased.

Maybe you have to pre-order the "early tip-off edition" to play on 9/15 or else you're pre-ordering the regular 9/19 version? I mean that makes no sense and nobody would actually want to do that, so I'm sure 2K would understand you wanted to play the game early. Or it's just a mistake and the game will be available for you in thirty minutes.
