But if i see you standing there in the lineup with a 75 overall, a 25% win ratio and less than 10 ppg avg, i’m going to assume you’re trash and i’m dashboarding.

Bottom line: you win a basketbal game by putting more points on the board than your opponent.
And if you cant contribute an avg of 10 ppg, you’re a liability, not an asset.

I play with randoms, i have 9 different builds and my playstyle is supportive, ergo i never assume the primary scoring role. And i still put up 12pts average, have a +50% win ratio and am3 rank (pro 2 in park)

Yeah sometimes i got to dashboard a few times, but if i see 40% ratio’s and a good avg ppg i take the chance.
Lol aye I dont know about this one. High PPG players are just as much of a risk as a low PPG player. Some players with high averages and losing records are straight chucks. Folks out here are averaging 28 PPG on 25-30 shot attempts. You may have a low PPG player who doesn't score as much but makes up for it on the other end of the court. It's a lot of variables that go into it so either way it's a risk lol.

You win a game by doing what you are supposed to do according to your build.

Not forcing stuff because people online think you should at least avg 10 ppg.....

If you cant contribute 10 points on any build, you’re a liability

Re: Stop joining JRC if your record is under 40%

In my experience as a pure sharp that actually tries to play a spot up role like a Danny Green instead of zig zag cheesing and throwing up contested shots, I typically struggle to get a decent amount of touches/shots because a lot of people don't see the open man or don't want make the extra pass. When I play with high IQ, unselfish players I can easily score 15 to 20 because those types of players actually look for you, set off ball screens etc. I've played about 30 games and I'm averaging around 5/6 ppg on about 50% from the field and from 3, but I feel that doesn't show the whole picture.

Anyone can contribute 10 points with any build if they take and eventually make enough shots.

Its usually those people who think they need to put up points regardless of their build that are a liability....

Nothing more thrilling that seeing that GC grabbing that o board and then deciding to try and dunk it on 3 defenders rather then pass it to the sharp who is wide open in the corner.

I guess after trying that 15 times in a game and making 5 he is not a liability anymore

But my 10 RPG, 4 BPG, 5 ASP, and 2 SPG while protecting the rim is a garbage stat line? Okay....

Pretty sure that if he gets 20 rebounds, he will make 2-3 putbacks and then Some pnr and that’s 10 pts.

I wish the lineup showed more stats than just avg ppg but since that is all that is given to me, i make do with my 10 pts rule

Not saying that’s a garbage stat line, its just that the lineup doesnt show me all that.

All i’m doing is taking decisions on the information at hand, being win/loss and ppg.

Is my reasoning waterproof, of course not.
But i will not play with anyone who has got a negative record and less than 10ppg average.

Does that make me lose out on possible great teammates like you? Yes
But for every one player like you i miss out, i avoid 10 really trash players.

So going 3/20 is not a liability?

Good to know.
