okay - sorry for using player types who are not in the game lol - here are some recommended replacements

Satch Sanders - is actually "Tom Sanders" on the '64-65 Celtics - Satch was a nickname

Reggie Lewis - Paul George

Raef LaFrentz - either of the Plumlees

also something you may want to throw in there if it's possible (not sure with RedMC) the 1971 Hawks home court design is markedly similar to the 1982 Superdome court the final was played on - if there is any way you could assign that to one (or both) of UNC or Gtown that would be awesome

Dang--you spoiled my surprise! I was actually going to do that! I'm really busy with work and I wasn't even going to do the Georgetown team, but once I remembered about that Hawks' court...that's what ultimately changed my mind into trying to do it. It even has the old-school scorer's "table" and when I assign it to the Hoyas as their home court, they will even have the correct bench positions for both the Hoyas and the Tar Heels.

And yes, it's possible: I created Jordan's Wizards team and instead of using a created court, I just assigned them the court of the 2013 Wizards.

oh man, sorry about that j@dos! It's gonna look so awesome seeing Worthy, Ewing, MJ and Sleepy running around on that court though - I cant wait to see this become a reality

j@dos - I CAN NOT WAIT! this looks so awesome! Thank you so much for making this it makes the HIStory element complete IMO with the moment that started the legend

The HIStory roster has come full circle and the final release will have the 1982 NCAA Tournament runner-up Georgetown Hoyas. The release is slated for this weekend. A couple of notes on Georgetown:

* "G" appears on the jerseys, but I gave the team a retro feel and made their logo the bulldog.

* "Big" John Thompson lives up to his name; his player cyberface was used for him as a coach, but he also has his correct height and looms large on the bench and sidelines; assistant coach Bill Stein was created with a cyberface look-a-like.

* Due to the nature of their tight, retro jerseys, the short sleeve undershirt worn by Patrick Ewing does not show.

* The Hoyas wore Nike Legends that season; the Nike Blazers are very similar, so edit the Blazers to have navy logos with everything else white and outfit the players with it.

* Due to me trying to make the bulldog logo GRAY plus creating their away uniforms with BLUE and BLACK, white was not one of their primary logo colors, and I did not create a "home" uniform for them. I know they had a gray uniform, but they wore their white ones in the Final Four against Louisville; I also know you can create a white uniform regardless of the logo colors, but the logo shield would not have been white which would have made it stand out.

* Georgetown's arena is the Louisiana Superdome. To re-enact the 1982 championship game, set Georgetown as the home team and North Carolina as the away team.

* I re-watched the aforementioned game and the accessories for Hoya players should be pretty much correct (accessories for Tar Heel players are spot-on).

If you download this roster, I ask that you look it over for any accessory suggestions, but especially keep your eyes open for any mistakes. Creating this team caused a few name glitches but I think I caught them all. Even though this is my last roster, I will fix any mistakes found to make this the most accurate roster I can. Thanks.
