NBA 2K11 Wishlist

Rotations split up by position.

The cpu actually using matchups to put best defenders on the best offensive players.

contracts and being able to request trades in my player.

Maybe being able to interact in other ways with the coach in my player once you get the prestige to do so, complain about the talent around you, complain about playing time, etc.

Ratings for boxing out, fighting through box out, screens, fighting through screens, off hand layup/dunk, off hand post move, maybe split up post moves into ratings for each one.

Options/Settings Issues


1. Once and for all I'd like for this to be cleaned up.

a. ALL options should be saved to the VIP.

b. Auto/Manual Subs, Playbook button assignments, Camera, etc.



2. Appreciate the change in the menu aesthetic but it's still cumbersome.

a. Why have the navigation stuck in the middle? Just go where you need it to.

b. Saving shouldn't make me leave completely, instead go back to save screen in case there's more to do.

LOL I know it seems excessive, but why not get a jump?


It's not to say we're unhappy or unappreciative but we'd love to see improvements for a myriad of reasons.

I know if I was a dev tho, I'd be on vacation right now and would avoid OS @ all costs until about a week after I got back lol

My biggest problem is the foot planting system. Please clean it up because there are time when things happen that shouldn't be happening like the computer pulling miraculous blocks out of its butt or getting beat on defense but still being there for the contest. Foot planting would help with so many things.

Increase the size of the court to the proper proportion. It's still not as representative to what it is suppose to be even though the player proportions are so much nicer.

I've been saying this 4 years and although it IS much better this year, they've still got some fine tuning 2 do with this. I played online last night and it really showed me that they've still got a ways 2 go. I'd beat dude off the dribble, create mad space and he'd still be able 2 recover in time 2 get a hand in my face or block the shot (a couple times). This is unacceptable in the game of basketball. This is exactly why I don't play online...

You're right fam, if I'm in there shoes and i read these posts (including mine) I'm like, "Well GYODDAMN! We just can't do s*** right huh?!?"


LOL it's an unenviable position to be sure, but I try to keep my wishes @ common sense stuff as opposed to the far fetched.


Hopefully they dig that we love this game to death but just wish the "easy" stuff would get fixed once and for all.
